Apply for a free 3-day business improvement consultancy in April 2026

Via LinkedIn mailouts, I have invited organisations with offices in Sydney to apply for a complimentary, 3-day business improvement consultancy that may be offered to two medium-sized organisations in April 2026.
The complimentary consultancy
Two organisations selected by Elkera’s principal consultant, Peter Meyer, will receive:
- A 2 hour planning session to determine the project scope and goals.
- Up to 3 days of on-site consultation and analysis, focused on identifying opportunities for financially beneficial improvements to business processes and systems.
- A short written summary of findings.
This is a promotional offer. There is no cost to the selected organisations. However, you will need to devote time to the project.
The objective is to provide useful information that will demonstrate how structured business analysis can help the selected organisations devise better ways of working to reduce costs and be better places to work. It should enable the selected organisations to plan further implementation steps.
In return, on completion of the project, Peter Meyer and Elkera will appreciate a short written review that can be shared on LinkedIn and Google.
All information gathered on the project will be treated as confidential. Peter Meyer and Elkera will sign an NDA if requested.
How to apply
Reply via LinkedIn mail, or email consultant@elkera.com.au before 5.00pm Friday 27 February 2026 with:
- Your organisation’s name and website address
- Name, position and contact details of the contact person
- Availability to start on or after 6 April 2026
- The business area or problem you wish to focus on.
Selection
Elkera’s principal consultant, Peter Meyer, will select two organisations from those who apply and provide offers to participate by 23 March 2026.
